Akor Stainless is a top-notch manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 316L Valves, proudly based in Abuja, Nigeria. They specialize in precision-engineered valves that stand out for their exceptional corrosion resistance, durability, and reliable performance even under high pressure and temperature. Crafted from low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, these valves are perfect for managing fluid and gas flow in critical industrial systems. Akor Stainless is committed to upholding global quality standards, providing products that cater to various sectors, including petrochemical, marine, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries. Their SS 316L Valves promise leak-proof operation, a long service life, and dependable performance in harsh and corrosive environments.
Stainless Steel 316L Valves are crafted from an austenitic alloy that includes 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, all while keeping the carbon content to a minimum at ≤0.03%. This low carbon content helps prevent carbide precipitation during welding, enhancing corrosion resistance in chloride and acidic environments. These valves boast a tensile strength of around 485 MPa, a yield strength of 170 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. SS 316L maintains its mechanical integrity across a broad temperature range, providing excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and intergranular corrosion in marine and chemical processing settings.
