The AWS Class E316LT0-1/T0-4 Flux Core Wire is primarily made up of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, which together provide outstanding corrosion resistance and excellent strength at high temperatures. Its low carbon content helps minimize the risk of carbide precipitation, effectively preventing intergranular corrosion and ensuring the longevity of the weld. With a tensile strength typically ranging from 550 to 650 MPa and a yield strength of about 310 to 380 MPa, along with good elongation, this wire is perfect for joining austenitic stainless steels and dissimilar metal components. Its flux-cored design ensures smooth arc stability, minimal spatter, and reliable deposition, even in challenging welding conditions.
